What is a Cleanup Site?

For this service, a cleanup site is any facility that has a documented release to land. As the service is designed to be informative to public stakeholders who wish to make informed land use decisions, it seemed appropriate to limit it to where a release had been documented. For example, the map service would display facilities that are documented as leaking underground fuel leaks, but would not document facilities that are merely documented as having an underground storage tank.
